      印想瑜伽学院特邀新加坡孕产第一人——Nicole老师,带来这次孕产瑜伽导师集训营,本次课程致力于培养优秀的专业孕产瑜伽导师,将带领大家全面、系统、严谨的去探索整个备孕、孕期、产后、妈咪宝贝等不同阶段心理、生理变化与需求,以及我们该如何通过瑜伽练习来支持这种改变。

       Insoul Yoga College invites Ms. Nicole, the first person in Singapore, to bring this ten-day training for Yoga instructors. We are committed to training excellent professional yoga instructors. This course will lead you to explore the psychological, physiological changes and needs of pregnant women, pregnant women, postpartum women and baby mothers in different stages comprehensively, systematically and rigorously, as well as how we should do.        Nicole除去瑜伽导师的身份,Nicole还是4个孩子的母亲,她鼓励自然生产,在产前,孕期,产后瑜伽方面经验丰富。Nicole老师帮助许多腹直肌分离的二胎、三胎妈妈在孕期保持良好的体力及肌耐力。

       ERYT500、RPYT、YACET、 QACBP 瑜伽导师培训课程的中文及英文主讲导师,作为美国瑜伽联盟最高级别的ERYT500高级瑜伽导师, 注册孕产妇瑜伽导师RPYT及美国瑜伽联盟继续教育导师YACET,同时也是英国水晶钵演奏师QACBP。

       (ERYT500, RPYT, YACET, QACBP) Yoga instructor training courses in Chinese and English, as the highest level of senior ERYT500 yoga instructor of the American Yoga Federation, registered pregnant and lying-in women yoga instructor RPYT and the continuing education instructor of the American Yoga Federation YACET, but also the British Crystal Bowl Player QACBP.      

 

       主要教授200小时HathaVinyasa Movement及300小时Ashtanga Intermediate高级瑜伽导师培训课程、孕产妇瑜伽私教课程及双人流瑜伽工作坊。累计导师课程培训经验超过1万3000小时,孕产妇私教教学超过3000小时。

       It mainly teaches 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Movement and 300-hour Ashtanga Intermediate Senior Yoga Tutor Training Course, Private Yoga Course for Pregnant and Maternal Women and Double Flow Yoga Workshop. The cumulative training experience of tutor courses exceeded 13,000 hours, and private teaching of pregnant and lying-in women exceeded 3,000 hours.

       在产后瑜伽方面,Nicole老师坚持循序渐进的方法帮助产妇恢复身材,许多产妇都对自己的恢复程度表示难以置信。Nicole老师坚持授课直至生产前一天,并在产后两个月回到教学岗位。

       In the aspect of postpartum yoga, Ms. Nicole insists on a step-by-step approach to help mothers recover. Many mothers are incredible about their recovery. Teacher Nicole insisted on teaching until the day before delivery and returned to teaching two months after delivery.

 

 

       Nicole老师经常受邀在亚洲各地进行孕产培训及工作坊巡回授课,她教学风格严谨,但又总是可以把枯燥难懂的专业理论知识讲得深入浅出,灵活运用各种贴近生活的例子,引起共鸣,让即使是零基础的学生也能从中受益,为大家打开学习之门。

       Teacher Nicole is often invited to conduct maternity training and workshop tours throughout Asia. Her teaching style is rigorous, but she can always put the boring and difficult professional theory knowledge into simple, flexible use of various close to life examples, arouse resonance, so that even zero-based students can benefit from it and open the door for everyone to learn.

 

 

       所以总有世界各地的学生不远万里专程飞去新加坡找她学习,大家都惊讶于40岁+的Nicole还能拥有魔鬼般的身材和少女般的气质,最重要的是被她强大的能量场和自律坚持精神所吸引。2018年她还完成了42.195公里的全马,她热衷将瑜伽精神渗透入自己的生活和教学中。

       So there are always students from all over the world who fly to Singapore to study for her. Everyone is surprised that 40-year-old Nicole can still have a devil-like figure and a girl-like temperament. Most importantly, she is attracted by her powerful energy field and self-discipline and perseverance spirit. In 2018, she completed 42.195 kilometers of the horse. She was keen to infiltrate the spirit of yoga into her life and teaching.

       Mummy Baby瑜伽,适合1月龄以上的宝宝和妈咪共同练习的瑜伽种类,练习方式柔和愉悦,注重安全与互动,帮助新手妈妈在繁忙的育儿当中依然可以放松身心,重建身体技能,更有助于全面激发宝宝的潜在能力,提高免疫能力、提升宝宝的运动智能和身体协调能力,帮助宝宝注意力的培养。

       Mummy Baby Yoga is a kind of Yoga suitable for babies and mothers over one month of age to practice together. It has a gentle and pleasant way of practice, pays attention to safety and interaction, helps novice mothers relax their body and mind and rebuild their physical skills during busy childcare, and helps to stimulate their potential abilities, improve their immune ability, enhance their sports intelligence and physical coordination ability.
